to Brandon: If you are on the psp, just put the cursor over the image, press triangle, save image as, done!

if you already have the image on the psp then go to the photo viewer, the image you want as a wallpaper, click on it, press triangle, set as wallpaper. You can even set a specific area on the image as your wallpaper. Just hold square+move analog up and down.
