Making XMB Themes
If anyone is interested in making XMB Themes I have a few links for you to check out. 

The first link is for the Official Sony PSP Custom Theme Maker.  It is from the Japan Playstation site, but the actual program is in English.  The documentation included in the zip file is in Japanese however.
